About Us

Barbara Rodgers is the founder and principal at Rodgers & Associates. She brings over 25 years of experience in administrative and operations leadership, staffing and facilities development, project management, policy and procedure development, systems analysis and troubleshooting, financial analysis and contract negotiations. Barbara’s experience at GSD&M Advertising during periods of explosive growth enabled her to work with top blue chip, Fortune 500 clients such as Southwest Airlines, Wal-Mart, MasterCard, Coors Brewing and AT&T, all of whom were also in growth modes during their mutual tenure. She extends the expertise garnered in working with previous clients to help current clients with their operational issues and needs.

When assessing clients’ needs, there may be situations in which additional expertise may be required. At this point, we utilize our vast network of associates to provide depth and expertise in their specialties. We collaborate with these trusted advisors in order to bring the latest and best solutions to our clients’ businesses.
